1 Injured Reserve Spot
1 taxi squad spot- Each season, 1 player may be designated as a taxi squad player and not be counted towards your active roster. Once a player is placed on the taxi squad, that player must stay on the taxi squad until the end of the season, unless traded.

Drafts for new Dynasty Leagues and Redraft Leagues
Slow drafts: The draft timer is set for 12 hours and your roster will be updated as you make the selections on your league website. These drafts typically take 7-10 days to complete. After the league is full, the draft order will be randomly generated.
Drafts for Existing Dynasty Leagues
Drafts for existing Dynasty leagues will last 4 rounds and are non-serpentine. The draft includes rookies and available free agents. The first 2 rounds will occur in May and the last 2 rounds will occur in August. The draft timer is 12 hours.
Draft Order for Existing Dynasty Leagues
12 team leagues- Draft picks 7 through 12 are determined by a team's progress in the playoffs. The league champion will have the 12th pick and the runner up will have the 11th pick. Picks 9 and 10 will consist of the teams that lose in the semifinals, with those two teams going through a tiebreaking process which is listed below. Picks 7 and 8 will consist of the two teams that lose in the quarterfinals, with those teams going through the tiebreaking process. Picks 1 through 6 will be determined by the regular season record, regardless of a team's progress in the toilet bowl. The worst record will have the 1st pick and the second worse record will have the 2nd pick, etc. Any ties will be broken by the tiebreaker.
Draft Notes
1. You must be able to field a valid starting lineup by the conclusion of the draft. See "lineups"
2. If an owner allows the 12 hour timer to expire, the draft software will select the best player available using the current average draft position, regardless of position needs. If you select players in the "My draft list", the software will pick the player from those selections before using the ADP.
Schedules for dynasty leagues
The regular season lasts from weeks 1-13. The playoffs are weeks 14-16.
12 team League Playoffs
Division winners- The 3 division winners will be seeded 1-3. The team with the best record will have the #1 seed, the second best record of the division winners will have the #2 seed and the third best record of the division winners will have the #3 seed. Any ties will be broken using the tiebreaking process listed below. The top 2 seeds will receive a bye into the semifinals
Wildcard Spots- The wildcard round will occur in week 14. The best 3 teams out of the remaining 9 teams will receive seeds #4-6, with ties broken by the tiebreaking process. The #3 seed will play the #6 seed and the #4 seed will play the #5 seed in the wildcard round.
Semifinals- The semifinals will occur in week 15. The #1 seed will play the winner of the #3 seed/#6 seed game. The #2 seed will play the winner of the #4 seed/#5 seed game.
Championship- The championship will occur in week 16. The winner of the 2 semifinal games will meet in the championship game.
3rd place game- The 3rd place game will occur in week 16. The loser of the 2 semifinal games will meet in the 3rd place game
Toilet Bowl- The bottom 6 teams make the toilet bowl which will occur in weeks 14-16. The teams with the 5th and 6th best records in the league will receive the #1 and #2 seeds and will receive a bye into the semifinals. The remaining 4 teams will be seeded 3-6.

If any playoff game ends in a tie, the tie will be broken using total bench points.
Trades
There is no limit on the number of trades a team can make. Once the trade is approved by the commissioner, it becomes official. The trading deadline during the season is the Wednesday before week 10.
Trading of Future draft picks for Dynasty Leagues
Trading of future draft picks is allowed. All teams involved in a trade for future draft picks must be paid in full for the next year.
Offseason Trading for Dynasty Leagues
Trading is allowed in the offseason for dynasty leagues. Teams must be paid in full for the upcoming season in order to make a trade.
Protesting of Trades
If three owners protest a trade, the commissioner will rule on whether a trade will be processed. Trades will not be vetoed based on fairness. Everybody values players differently. Collusion and firesales will not be tolerated and can result in the the termination of an owners team without refund. Any trade can be vetoed at the commissioners discretion.
Waivers
Waivers are run on Wednesday and Saturday nights during the season. The waiver order is based on team records. The team with the worst record has the 1st pick in waivers and the team with the best record has the last pick in waivers. There is no first come first serve waivers.
Injured Reserve
Each leagues features one Injured Reserve spot which does not count against the active roster. To be eligible, the player must be on the official Injured Reserve list by the NFL and designated by MFL as being on Injured Reserve. Once a player is activated from the Injured Reserve list by the NFL, the player must be moved to the active fantasy roster within 3 days.
Gold College league rules
21 player roster plus a 3 player Taxi squad (current college players)
There are no waivers or free agency for current college players. You may make trades involving current college players and have more than 3 current college players. If you have more than 3 on your roster, it will count against your 21 player roster maximum.
Each subsequent year after the initial draft there will be a 3 round rookie/free agent draft during May and a college player draft during the August.
Conduct- Conduct that is determined to be detrimental to the league will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from FFLS. This includes vulgarity or posts of a harassing nature to fellow league members or the commissioner of FFLS.
Throwing games will not be tolerated. This includes starting players that would not normally be started in order to lose a game. In this case, the commissioner will submit a lineup using weekly rankings. A team must also submit a valid lineup.
NOTICE: Participants must be of legal age to participate. FFLS Fantasy Leagues are open to residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, Puerto Rico, and the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota or Vermont. Residents of these jurisdictions are prohibited from participating in this game nor win any prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

Game of skill: FFLS Fantasy Football Leagues are a game of skill. Winners are determined by the objective criteria listed on the rules and scoring pages. From all entries received, winners are determined by the individuals who use their skill and knowledge of relevant football information and fantasy football rules to accumulate the highest points total.
Note: Refunds are not offered once the draft has begun or any trades have been made.
