Trading of draft picks before and during the draft is allowed.
Drafts for Existing Dynasty Leagues

Draft Order for Existing Dynasty Leagues
12 team leagues- Draft picks 7 through 12 are determined by a team's progress in the playoffs. The league champion will have the 12th pick and the runner up will have the 11th pick. Picks 9 and 10 will consist of the teams that lose in the semifinals, with those two teams going through a tiebreaking process which is listed below. Picks 7 and 8 will consist of the two teams that lose in the quarterfinals, with those teams going through the tiebreaking process. Picks 1 through 6 will be determined by the regular season record, regardless of a team's progress in the toilet bowl. The worst record will have the 1st pick and the second worse record will have the 2nd pick, etc. Any ties will be broken by the tiebreaker.
Draft Notes
1. You must be able to field a valid starting lineup by the conclusion of the draft. See "lineups"
2. If an owner allows the 12 hour timer to expire, the draft software will select the best player available using the current average draft position, regardless of position needs. If you select players in the "My draft list", the software will pick the player from those selections before using the ADP.

Trading is open all week during the season. Trades accepted after 11pm ET on Saturdays during the season, will not be processed until the conclusion of that weeks games.

Protesting of Trades
To protest a trade during the season owners must submit a protest to the commissioner within 24 hours of the trade being approved (a 72 hour window will be used during the offseason). Owners must include a detailed explanation to the commissioner as to why you are protesting the trade.
The following criteria are the only criteria considered when protesting a trade.
- Was collusion involved in this deal?
- Was the trade obviously in favor of one team? If so, explain.
- Was this done with the intent of a “fire sale” in mind?
If three owners protest a trade, the commissioner will rule on whether a trade will be processed. Trades will not be vetoed based on fairness. Everybody values players differently. Collusion and fire sales will not be tolerated and can result in the the termination of an owners team without refund. Any trade can be vetoed at the commissioners discretion.
Waivers
Waivers are run on Wednesday and Saturday nights during the season. The waiver order is based on team records. The team with the worst record has the 1st pick in waivers and the team with the best record has the last pick in waivers.
A 3 hour First Come First Serve Free Agency period will take place on Sunday mornings during the season.
Players that are dropped are locked until they clear waivers.

Each league features two Injured Reserve spots which do not count against the active roster. To be eligible, the player must be on the official Injured Reserve list by the NFL and designated by MFL as being on Injured Reserve or under suspension and marked with an (S) by MFL. Owners will not be able to submit a lineup with an ineligible player on IR.

Each subsequent year after the initial draft there will be a 3 round rookie/free agent draft during May and a college player draft during the August.
